    The server is currently undergoing a reboot to come back online. Once it's back, we'll be doing a full inspection to ensure its stability.

    If you would like to claim on the SLA uptime, you will need to submit a ticket to our help desk (http://desk.surpasshosting.com). Be sure to include your domain name and the dates and times of the unavailability of your web site.
